Rohtak PGI: Dr. SK Dhatarwal, Chairman of the Forensic Medicine Department of PGIMS, said that the process of virtual autopsy is completed in about half an hour. The process has been started as a pilot project at PGIMS Rohtak in Haryana and is the first institute in Haryana to do so.
Rohtak: Now virtual autopsy, i.e. postmortem of the dead body without dissection, can be done in PGIMS Rohtak. This is the first institute in Haryana to do so. At present, virtual autopsy is being conducted only in Delhi AIIMS and Shillong in the country. To discuss virtual autopsy A workshop was organized at PGIMS Rohtak on Monday itself. Haryana DGP Shatrujit Kapoor participated in it as the chief guest. Let us tell you that this workshop was organized by the Department of Forensic Medicine of PGIMS in collaboration with Virtual Autopsy Solutions India and UK.
